Yes, you can enquire about customised trips with multiple destinations. Share your itinerary with us in advance, and our team will assist you with the arrangements and quotation.

Are There Any Additional Charges I Should Know About?

additional charge may apply ( RM50 – Max 25% )

Airport Pickup Policy
* Waiting period of up to 90 minutes is included after flight landing.
* If waiting exceeds 90 minutes, additional charges may apply. ( RM50-150 )

Arrival Pickup Point
* Waiting period of up to 20 minutes is included.
* If waiting exceeds 20 minutes, it will be charged as 30 minutes.
* If waiting exceeds 45 minutes, it will be charged as 1 hour (RM120).

Additional Stops
* Each extra drop‑off or pick‑up point may incur an additional charge. ( RM50-150 )

*Smoking, carrying durians, food spillage, vomiting, or stepping on seats with shoes will result in a ( RM150 ) nano‑cleaning service charge

Do I need to book in advance for peak season?

Yes, early booking is highly recommended. Malaysia peak season includes:

School holidays
Year-end / New Year Eve
Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali
Major events like F1, MotoGP, concerts & exhibitions at MITEC, KLCC, Axiata Arena
Long weekends & public holidays

During these periods, drivers in Klang Valley are very limited. Based on our experience in the last few years, demand is always higher than supply, so last-minute bookings are very hard to get.
